Human tumour xenografts are screening tools for for anticancer drug development. vivoPharm uses cell lines of different human tumour types. All cell lines were obtained from ATCC and grow at controlled low passage number. Tumours grow subcutaneously in nude mice following cell injection.
The tumour models at vivoPharm include carcinomas of the following organs in nude mice:
